About Maintenance Minimize
After you have completed the 6 Weeks To a NEW You! program Personal NEWtrition offers weekly and bi-weekly maintenance programs. Participation in one of these programs includes being weighed in, having your blood pressure taken and you can attend a Group Maintenance Class.

Maintenance Group Classes:

The one hour class provided for the Journey Program is provided by a Professional such as a Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, or a Certified Fitness Trainer. The class topics will rotate every month from nutrition to exercise to behavior. Some of the classes we have had are “Nutrition on the Go!”, “Figuring Out Your Foods!”, “Get Moving, Get Motivated!”, and “Changing Our Behaviors!”

Monday, July 6:  Weigh in after 6:00pm until 6:30pm
 
Saturday, July 11: Field Trip to Findlay Market, meet at 8:00am in front of the Main market entrance at 1801 Race Street,

Monday, July 13:  Weigh in after 6:00pm until 6:30pm
 
Saturday, July 18: Weigh in after 10:00am, until 10:30am
Monday, July 20; Weigh in after 6:00pm until 7:00pm
 
Saturday, July 25: Weigh in after 10:00am, until 10:30am
Monday, July 27:    Weigh in after 6:00pm until 6:30pm
 
Reminder that you may weigh in 2 times this month or every week. The difference is that 2 x a month is 25.00 and 4 x a month weigh in is 40.00.
